TH04

TH04 comprises a single storey dayroom wing, with vaulted ceiling and similar bedroom wing, with flat ceiling, both under a duo-pitch roof. The two wings are joined at right angles by a flat roof link entrance with utility. The dayroom wing offers open-plan living divided by a central double sided stove and features extensive glazing at the lounge end, including top lighting from two roof windows. The bedroom wing contains three double / twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a separate family bathroom.

  1. Refer to the Kit Package for a detailed specification of what is included in the Kit Prices.
  2. The GFA (Gross Floor Area) is measured inside external walls but over internal partitions.
  3. Prices include an independent structural assessment for the timber frame only.
  4. Prices include all kit drawings, structural calculations and specifications required for and submission of planning and building regulation / warrant applications.
  5. Prices include the SAP calculations required for building regulation / warrant applications.
  6. Prices exclude VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate on kit supply only contracts.
  7. Self-builders may reclaim the VAT charged from HMRC - for further details go to HMRC website.
  8. Where our kit erection service is employed VAT is not chargeable on the kit supply.
  9. A 10% deposit is payable on ordering, followed by 50% payable 7 days prior to delivery of the first kit load (structure) and 40% payable 7 days prior to the final kit load (finishings).
  10. All prices exclude delivery to site which will be charged at cost.
